Concept
Kick-off meetings with the client set the design direction for the project and inspiration images and sketches are woven into a Concept video to create the overall styling.

Schematic Design
FF&E selections, 3D photo-realistic renderings, walk and fly-throughs give an accurate picture of the final design and act as marketing tools for the client.

Design Development
Preliminary FF&E specifcations and documentation are then prepared and co-ordinated with the project team consultants.

Construction Documents
Fully detailed drawing packages are prepared along with completed schedules and specifications for tender.

Constuction and Installation
J2 Design also provides an overview service from tender to completion to ensure the design is not diluted and to protect the client’s project. This involves regular site visits, preparation of visual snagging documents, monthly reports and finally, two weeks before completion, a longer visit to oversee the installation of the FF&E, artwork and accessories.

J2 Design also provides lighting, artwork, wayfinding and graphics consultancy through the J2 Partnership.
